Welcome to the Department of Student Affairs at San Diego Mesa College! As the dean of student affairs, I am responsible for the leadership, management, and planning of many areas that relate to student development and services.
You are the most vital component of that process. We are here to assist students in their growth and development in every facet of life: intellectual, psychological, social, spiritual, physical, cultural and vocational. Serving as educators, our programs and services help students develop the skills that will enable them to live purposeful and balanced lives. In partnership with instructional services and other members of the Mesa College community, we foster an environment in which the pursuit of excellence permeates our efforts.
Students who become involved and take advantage of the wide array of support services available at Mesa College tend to be the students who succeed and earn their degree or certificate.
